Satisfied Customer

April 19th 2019 I brought in a tire for repair and was upset that the crome lock I used wasn't mine. I had a nice shiny crome. Well on my word and finding out I had last gone to a shop in Tracy ,Sal gave another without question. It wasn't crome, but I have one better than the previous one. This is why I've been using you sence 1987. Thank you guys.

Double platinum plug 16.98 Labor 80.00 Total 16.98 +80= 96.98 96.98×4= 387.92 387.92 is what they charged me 67.92 was charge for spark plugs 320.00 for Labor Tried to resolve charged by Jon no resolution Invoice says sales person A Narmaki Customer ID 013100****

Hello, Me and my fiancé are long term customers or America’s tire and last time I went to the location on Lankershim blvd, mechanics broke off the lug stud on my left front wheel. I’m driving Acura TL 2008. They gave me a referral form to get it fixed at Burbank Quality brake and alignment on sep 13th. I was in surgery shortly after, I missed the 30 day limit and the location is now closed. Would you re-issue the Repair referral Form, please? Thank you! Markéta Kazdová

One of your people in your tire store told me, "I don't think so" today when I went in for a tire rotation today! This "incident" occurred 5 years ago and I was compensated for my loss...so why years later is one of your people telling me, "Yeah I don't think so" and "We paid you didn't we?" YEARS AFTER this was resolved??? VERY RUDE! I will never come here to buy tires again! I don't need the theft and then years later having one of your managers calling me a liar in so many words!

I came to the shop yesterday 7/12/2018 for a tire thats is being low on air i was told that if the tire cannot be repair it needed to be replaced so i was okeyed with that but they found a tiny hole in the middle of tire the arrogant asst manager told me that my tire has some in balance wear on the side so I told him just fixed the hole that causing the tire to go low and he said he will not do it because tire is not safe but if you will look at my tire there tread are still good i will attached a picture I have warranty and been a customer for years this arrogant asst manager was forcing me to buy a tire .

Please dont put this person in front line customer service skill for this person was lousy .

My concern is forcing some body to purchase a tire for a complaining loosing air on the tire and customer with certficate warranty was denied for service that he or she supposed to get was un acceptable what about if some one with no money that will be denied to drive a car with a air leak is more dangerous I think they should have fixed it since there is a certificate warranty on the tire not to force to buy a replacement '

Place take action on this donot tolerate the action of your employee he call himself a asst manager it was a disgrace .

Please get back to me regarding this complaint

I call the day this happen and talked to customer service and told me that somebody will get back to me and did not hear back from your company .

Large tire companies work on a theory of add on sales. For instance if you need a flat repair they will start with a tread depth on your tire and size and mileage.

Why? Because they prey on the average consumer who does not know anything about tires. They intend to do whatever they can to lead you down the road to spend more money. Remember, sales people normally work on commision.

How do you solve this? Educate yourself. Unfortunately they tried this on me and I owned and managed one of the largest tire centers and retread facilities in the Houston, Texas area.I worked for Uniroyal Merchandising and I and they taught add on sales. They prey more on women than men using a strong approach that alludes "you may not be safe." Try the local tire company that has been there for years.

A tire leaking air can be fixed or not be fixed. Know when it can't be fixed. Do not let them lead you into a situation where they convince you a tire cannot be fixed.

I never heard from Americas Tire about this matter . I'm sure that they don't care, and they do this to a lot of unsuspecting consumers. Just be on guard and buy your tires from Wal Mart .

My Friend went into the America's Tire Store in Cathedral City CA and was told that she needed new tires on her car. She mentioned it to me when we were talking on the phone so I told her to go to Sam's Club in Rancho Mirage for a Price Comparison . She went there and was told by them that her tires had MORE than 50% tread left and were only 3 years old ! If she could remember the man's name that told her that I'd gladly give it to you . So, if they tried to do that to her, how many other unsuspecting women have they done it too ?

Dishonest

Purchase 4 tires for my son. Said it would be ready by 4:30PM. Tires not installed stating that he needed a whole new set of lugs. The installer started to pound on the lugs with a hammer. Closer inspection revealed the lugs were fine! Another customer overheard our conversation and said " they tried to do that to me, I'm not coming here anymore!" You probability sold a lot to gullible women but not us! You just lost another customer.

well I went to America's Tire to buy four tires for my dually they overpressure them so then I had to come back and have them lower the tire pressure when they did they were messing with the valve stem 2 weeks later I've got one tire on a dually that has only 2 pounds in it I go back today they tell me oh it'll be at least an hour for them to look at the valve stem you know screw that I'll take care of it myself but their customer service sucks they were paid to do the job right the first time and they should take care of it instead of you no screwing around and making me wait another hour when I already had to wait an hour the last time talk to management management doesn't do *** about it and it's a dually they don't buy tools and equipment to work on dually tires and wheels let alone even put air in them that's why they were having so much problem with the valve stems

Was told by mechanic all four tires have bubbles. The tires are less than four months old and have a warranty. America's tires refuse to replace all four! Even ONE is a road hazard! They sold me faulty tires!
